2. Services
Xlumia provides game server hosting, web hosting, shared hosting, and dedicated server solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share credentials or allow unauthorized access. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any illegal activities, spamming, DDoS attacks, cryptocurrency mining without authorization, or hosting malicious content.
5. Payment & Refunds
All services are billed in advance. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 48 hours of purchase. After this period, no refunds are provided.
6. Data & Backups
While we perform regular backups, you are ultimately responsible for your own data. Xlumia is not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, user error, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your services at any time through the client area.
8. Limitation of Liability
Xlumia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
